Hey there! It was great! I'm still experimenting around with my foods as far as carbs and cals go (always under carbs but trying to tweak the sources of my carbs some more). I feel fantastic. How about you?

PS - as far as how I feel...my profuse sweating has slowed and I'm not seeing stars anymore. :) I'm extremely energetic too. I only had one day of sheer exhaustion. Thank God, no headaches.
