Wow!! I can't believe after vacation that I didn't gain anything. I couldn't be happier. I am looking for a loss this week though!! I'm going to kickboxing tonight...can't wait!!
I was with my whole family on Saturday and my older brother made me laugh so hard. He asked me if I had a license for my "guns." At first, I was thinking...what the heck are you talking about??? Then I realized he meant my arms. I was wearing a sleeveless shirt and he noticed that my arms were more defined. I was so excited!! Someone finally noticed. I've been working on them so much and felt like it wasn't showing...well, I guess it is. That inspired me to do more, so I'll be working the arms out more this week. I did some triceps workouts Friday night and I'm pretty sore today.
Eating is still going well. My niece's birthday was Friday so I allowed myself some birthday cake...but it's back to the grindstone today and the rest of this week...no rest for the weary!!!
