Okay, was more disciplined early in the week, no sweets for 5 days, but I really got to where none of the food I had been eating was appealing, so splurged with steak and mushrooms sauteed in butter. Still down a pound. Now have a bike so can get in more exercise again. Looking forward to getting rid of this next ten pounds. 18 lost in 10 weeks. Yahoo!!!
