well, it seems I hover right around this weight. I am still trying to find a comfortable way to maintain. It's not as easy as it used to be to loose weight. I have been maintaining really well but have been working little by little on building muscle. I should probably kick it up a notch. I just don't want to get burned out. I think I want to loose like 5-7 more pounds. I can tell I easily have that amount in fat. I am just going to have to buckle down because I eat quite a bit of things I really shouldn't. Where's fat dez at? I have the will power, I just have to dig for it.
