Well, there's my sourdough bread as my avatar.

I'm seeing a direct relationship between my weight and the types of carbs I'm eating. I'm also thinking that holding the carbs most days (not today) to evening and after workouts is keeping my glycogen stores which is what I wanted. I'm not too worried about 'weight' as the fat stores are what I'm after. It was a bit of a shocker to se myself above 178 again today though. I know my calories are in deficit so I'm going to trust those numbers and stay the course. I'm much more likely to see fluctuations doing this though.

You'll figure it all out I'm sure. That sourdough bread is looking really good. I'd be tempted to just eat the whole thing.

From what I see, the recipe is pretty simple. I will attempt to make it after Bruce tweaks it with some vinegar so I get it just perfect. Kansas---another band not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. boo

I'd love to get the recipe fo it.....if that's possible please inbox me with it. Not that I'd make it right now, because I really would probably eat the whole thing. With butter. And cheese. And meat.
