Less results these last couple weeks... It seems i have hit my plateau. Going to try to change that. Any suggestions?
117,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 18,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I'd be tempted to raise the protein there guy. You could lose muscle mass on the levels of protein your ingesting. 200 grams should do it for you since you likely don't know your lean muscle mass. I'd swap out some of the fats in exchange and on your workout days add a few carbs, as many as maybe 100 grams within 2 hours of the workout. Your body will take it and store it as glycogen in your muscles for the next workout. It won't hurt you.

You are still losing, so it's not really a plateau (I had a friend stay the same weight for weeks on end). It's most likely your weight is slowing down because you are getting closer to goal. It's normal to start losing a pound or less a week as you get closer to goal. Just keep going, you are doing great!
