Those days in which I didn't follow my normal eating, sleeping and exersicing routine really paid off leaving me with 4 lbs more from which I already "burned" 2. Going to the doctor tomorrow looking for an explanation of why my inches don't want to come off and why it is so hard for me to loose weight. I thank all the people who answered the questions I posted in the forums, but I need to find a more accurate explanation. :)
