5 day after increasing workout duration from 30 minutes 3X per week to 5 days per week for an average of 54 minutes per day. I have moved below what seems to have been a plateau at 270 and now below my most recent low of 267.

I am continuing to maintain approximate 1500 calorie diet with only rare deviations at family gatherings.
120,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 23,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
