It’s been a while since I recorded. I had gotten close to 200 lbs. and was disheartened. After the holidays, and now that I am walking our puppy on a regular basis, I felt that I had weight. After coming back from a week’s vacation at Disney World, I weighed myself, and yeah I have lost almost 6 lbs!

87,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 21,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
