Thanks.... actually I'm doing intermittent fasting now, it's working for me...but will try for sure... Have you ever done? OMAD diet?

Yes... I am doing it from last 6 months.. it works... I never feel weak because I have fat which I burn for energy. Untill you have fat in body, that 20 hours fast is boon, not starvation. As you know our body use fat instead of insulin for energy when we are on low carb diet.. please follow Dr ERIC BERG on youtube...

Friend, OMAD is one meal a day... water, Home made juice, green tea, Bullet coffee is acceptable during 20 hours of intermittent fasting..

it's sad man. He is a chiropractor. Not an Medical Doctor. He has been exposed by medical experts several times. you can search on reddit for more info
