Diario de AmethystM, 08 abr. 11

Up, down, up, down. All over 144. Hehe. Maybe I'm around my perfect maintenance level of carbs? I've been playing with calories and lifting weights, too, so it'll probably be months before I know for sure. A little sore from workout yesterday, and my ankle is still sprained. Gonna try to do some leg lifts with an ankle weight today - it's about all I can do.

Going out with hubby for "Date Night" tonight. He's very excited about his new job, so we're going out to celebrate. Again. :)
I'm still looking for a job. I got my 47th or so rejection yesterday. Yay. :P
65,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Did 200 leg lifts (different positions) with 5 pound ankle weight each leg and 25 stationary standing lunges each leg. Ankle was protesting too much to do more, so I called it good. Hubby and I went out to dinner. Didn't make NC veggies, but had several days at 19 and 20 for the week so no worries.
