Finally broke into the 90's! :-)

I've reached my first big achievement of losing 20kgs (still a looooong way to go to my goal weight), but feeling quite positive and happy at the moment.

It's taken almost 6 months to get to this space, but I've finally learned that crash diets don't work (yes I lose the weight quickly but I always pick it back up) - slow and steady wins the race as they say :-)

98,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 20,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 28,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
