Good news, bad news...... gained a few pounds but fat % is down. Here are my readings from my home scale:

Weight: 135 pounds
Lbs Fat: 24.1
BF%: 17.9
Water: 59.9%
Bone Density: 7.1%
BMI: 22.5

Let's see what the trainer has to say. Different tool (hand held) for measuring BF% and BMI. His is always a higher number. It was 26% BF last month. My scale said I was 18% BF last month so not a lot of change there.
