Wow! I am so excited. The scale is finally heading in the right direction and there is no end in sight! I am bound and determined to be at my best weight soon. The difference has really been that I have gone back to an Atkin's like diet. More protein and less carbs has made me so much less hungry. Yay! I have 4.7 pounds to go. Mind you those have been quite elusive pounds and I haven't seen that number on my scale for almost 2 years. But, that is my goal and I hope to reach it by June 6th. OK. Here goes.
