147.5 lbs, wow. This time last year I was at 141.5, so I feel a little disgusted with myself. But I just need to remember yesterday's post, where I talked about New Year's Goals/Resolutions, focus more on actions & let the results come when they come. Recommitting to tracking & watching total calories & macros. I've recorded all my stats for today as follows:

Wt: 147.5 lbs
Body fat: 38%
BMI: 27
Bust: 39.5"
Waist: 32.25"
Arm: 12" (appx)
Hips: 39.75"
Thigh: 22.75"

I did do some meal planning, and since it's cold I'm making chili tonight. BUT will have a side of cole slaw instead of Fritos, LOL! Then some kind of exercise, I was originally thinking abs & cardio but may go to the gym instead. Then again, exercise was never my problem - Chocolate is!
66,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
