Today is the first day of my FatSecret Keto Diet. I have tried keto about a year ago. Loved the foods allowed but had a very hard time balancing the numbers for calories, fat, and protein portions . Hopefully with the FatSecret diet where the food portions are all ready mapped out for me, I think it will work. Here’s hoping.
