I weighed in this morning and I am trying to get back on track. I ate less last night. My husband doesn't eat breakfast or lunch so he had LARGE servings at dinner and usually divides whatever we have in half. But I am going to start making leftover meals for me. Today at lunch, I'll have some mashed taters, green beans and a little bass left. I plan to load up on the green beans.

Dietician said I needed to eat less food but eat more often. So I tried 100 calorie snacks, 1 every hour for 12 hours, then no food for 12, then repeat. Lots of interruptions but managed it enough to see amazing results.
