Thats it. I am in again. I think I will reach 55kgs whatever be the circumstances thrown my way. I have given myself time till my birthday- May 4,2023.
And I have given myself so much time so that I dont go into crash dieting just to loose weight. Now, what I did this week was lower my calories to 1200 cal. I walked 7k steps for 2 days, went to the gym and lifted weights for 2days. Did home workout (cardio) for 2 days.
Next week, plan is to go to gym for 4 days. Actually, I have free gym but its available only in the hostel and when I come home I cant go. And last week I came home early.
