You shared an article regarding yo-yo weight. I don't consider what you're going through as yo-yo. If you lose 50 and gain it back, then lose again, I'd say that's yo-yo. Your gains are so minimal and I think there's a method to your madness. No insult. Really

I appreciate that, Kat. I'm watching close. The gain is for a purpose. That purpose is what will keep me in check. The 'diet' is secondary. Thank you.
