Things I have learned this weekend -

I have to exercise almost everyday.

I can't eat a lot of heavy (yet delicious) foods.

I need to go to bed before 2am.

If I don't do yoga, or some form of stretching, my legs are cramped up like crazy first thing in the morning.

The worst thing about parties is cleaning up afterwards.
86,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 16,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 18,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
Ganando 0,6 kg a la Semana
