Doctor recommended 1800 calories. I think that is too many calories! I am constantly thinking of what to fix next that is healthy. I'm trying to maintain 400 for breakfast, 200 for snack, 400 for lunch, 200 for snack, 500 for dinner and 100 for the last snack. I feel like I am thinking about eating all the time. I know for Type II this is what I need to do, but it is a pain in the butt.
