Trying all the time .Just saying the same.I have started to walk my dog when the weather is nice. I hope the waking helps.

Walking can do nothing BUT help. That's the beauty of it. Even the most leisurely stroll makes a difference. Not to mention the fact that I'm sure the pooch loves it too.
