My weight has been very stable for the past couple months, but has now started slowly dipping down again. I'd be thrilled to hit 60kg by Christmas, but I'm already very happy with where I am. I feel so much younger. As a bonus, my husband has now lost 27kg! We are really doing this together, and I'm so proud of both of us for turning our health around this year.
