Diario de Mom_of_5, 26 oct. 21

so i only went down .1lbs since yesterday but I'm okay with that. last night I didn't worry about calorie counting as much as I normally would but instead went to have a great time with my children to an event we've been waiting to attend for over a month. i even ate beavertail but only ate a third of one which is a huge win for me! that combined with 1.5hrs of walking, I don't think I did bad.
157,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 15,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 43,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
