Hey I would suggest u read a book called intuitive eating..there are a few principles ...so..first stop counting...mmm not easy...but u need to..then stop weighing every day....weekly or 15 days should do... stop restricting foods you have been restricting...increase protein intake of you are working out and add more fruits and veg in your diet...simple tip is to eat when you are hungry...stop when u are full....eat your favourite foods and meals when you are hungry...also most satiating foods...like fibre rich and high protein...stop eating once you are full...focus on the taste and enjoy your meals...stop counting calories burnt .. exercise because it's fun...fuel your workouts properly... exercise will never help u lose weight...what u burn you will have to replenish...so exercise to make your body work better..and for enjoying goood health...over time you will reach your natural weight...the weight where you perform your best...which is not a number you have decided in your mind...it's something your body kni..so once you listen and treat your body well..fuel it properly...u will get there.. for general activity..u can walk .. maybe 10,000 steps... Focus work outs around strength.. work outs should feel good..not tiring
