My weight has been on & off the past year, with no real/tangible results. The up & down of it really reflected my mental state & how trying this year has been for me.

I don’t want to wait for 01 Jan 2022 to re-write my story. & so my journey begins today. My goal is to create a different “health lifestyle” than a crash diet. I know this means I won’t see the results as quicker as a normal diet plan, but I’m in it for the long haul. I want this to be part of who I am and how I take care of herself, by what I consume!

A good tip is eating apples they’re negative calories meaning you lose weight every time you eat it and it works for me I lose 200g every time I eat it

this was exactly my story until i started my "long haul" journey in September this year,i have lost 5kgs to date, there is nothing i dnt eat just in moderation. i cut out sauses n workout when i feel like it n never on weekends....i feel soo good about my accomplishment so far and i cant wait to see my results this xmas. This is a lifestyle change and i hv become comfortable with it. You can do this my darling, good luck🥂🥂
