Amazing! I’ve been away for almost three weeks. I visited family in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. I stayed in my range of weight! How did I do it? Even though we were out for meals, drank and snacked; I still got out for a few hikes and walks. I made a point of eating well and less on the days that I could.
