Diario de Toni Bourlon, 13 oct. 21

I'm a little surprised to see this weight drop this morning (not that I'm complaining), because last night I felt too tired to do the 21-day fix workout. I did manage to do some steady-state cardio, and let me tell you, the first 5 - 10 minutes was really hard! Also, I stuck with the diet pretty well, but cheated with a small amount of vanilla ice cream. I mean like 3 oz, but I guess it didn't hurt me any. But yeah, made a little progress on the weight, also couldn't resist taking a waistline measurement. I don't remember what I reported last time, but today it was 32" even, which is down about a half inch if I remember correctly. Well today I am determined to do my workout, only question is do I do yesterday's workout or today's? I'll let you know. In the meantime, hang in there everybody!
