Started Paleo a couple of weeks ago to try to get at this belly body fat along with measuring. Hard to give up some things like yogurt and sweet potato but trying to get it where moderation is key to keep it simple if need be. Then have to be careful of calories in things like coconut milk and macadamia nuts (may switch those out with walnuts) but it seems to be working. Weighing all the time with an app that transmits weight and body fat to website to see how progress and my body fat has already gone down one whole percentage point. Feeling great, excellent workouts on weights this week with HIIT. Tons to be grateful for. It's been a great year so far and goals are for even better.
