Been slacking past couple months with my exercise routines. Just maintaining fitness levels mostly through just eating healthy. But time get back to gym and back to the grind. Idk, what happened to the previous groups on telegram or WhatsApp but could use the encouragement right about now, please do send invite, would love to join. 🙏

other way around for me. Ditching the diet but continuing to workout. But we know it's all about how much & what we consume. hoping to get back on track & stop binging
