When I change my foods up I get my body motivated to use it and lose it. You are on being pro-active about your weightloss, and you are seeing the results. It's great that you are not beating yourself up for staying the same, there is nothing wrong with that. When I first started the program, I would lose .2 here, .4 there. It was really frustrating. Then one day the scale started moving. It will move for you.
