focused on weights, so needed additional proteins and carbs... noticed about 9 pound 'pop' then stabilized.. funny how weight loss programs can show about losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks.... it is just cleaning intestines out.. portion control and nix eating aftet 7pm pretty much covers that. looking forward to October. Fall. lighter earlier.
