Diario de Jada Petsch, 09 mar. 11

Up a pound today. Not really worried about it though since it's probably water retention. It suppose to rain most of the day here, so once I got some breakfast in my tummy, and Hubs up and moving. He watched the monster while I walked 2 miles on the road in front of the house. The gusty wind with that taste of imminent rain was wonderful to walk in. Kept me cool and alert. Loved it. Also got to see lots of flower petals floating down from the Japanese magnolia, pear, and dogwood trees. It was rather lovely. Lots of that bright fresh spring green peeking out everywhere. The storm will probably make loads of lilies open up, and help the azaleas bloom out too. March is hands down one of my favorite months of the year. ^.^ Renewal of life, the joy of being alive expressed in the colorful rainbow of nature's bounty.


Well completely off topic. XD lol. Ah well. Still waiting on my camera so I can get some pics of the season up. :3

Walked the 2 miles in 42 mins. No jogging or running today since my left shin is being rather achy. Got a mild workout in with my weights last night. Also did some squats, some of the kickboxing moves from the workout dvd I have, and crunches. So woke up mildly sore all over, except for my shin which really wasn't happy.

Plans for today:

Hit the store for some chicken breasts, lean steak, and stirfry or salad stuffs before the rain gets to us.

Work on laundry, and since the weather will be icky today: clean the bathroom. Toliet, tub, mirror, sink/counter, floors. And maybe de-cluttering the cabinet above the toilet if I really feel like being productive. XD

My sister is coming up this afternoon, so I also need to get our Wii Band Hero equipment out of the closet and into the kitchen where the terrible terror has much less chance of getting to it.

Laters!! Time to shoe the baby, fill a sippy cup, and get some groceries!
