FOURTEEN DAYS UNTIL SPRING

Another 1.2 lbs gone this morning and it was my 2000 calorie day yesterday. Was also a little nervous about that sodium intake yesterday after the Burger King fest yesterday afternoon but I drank so many bottles of water yesterday I lost count and I didn't go to bed with that sitting in my stomach. I am a very happy girl this morning because I have had -0- scale movement for so long. I will be at my 30 lb mark in no time at this rate.

Time for some isometrics, breakfast, shower and off to the office. Have a wonderful day everyone!
