Mmmmm Swiss Chalet 

Closest I ever come any more (unfortunately!) is the Swiss Chalet Chicken pot pie from Sobey’s! 😁 

I get the roast chicken from Costco, a package of SC sauce and fries in the oven. A lot cheaper but doesn’t change the weight lol 

Sad that restaurant & most store bought meals have so much sodium. I use a lot of Epicure packaged meals, as they are very low sodium & very little bad nutrients
