Surprised i lost a pound. And not sure of the 178 listed before that was on the dr office scale not the one i normally use. I had normally been weighing 183.7 or 9 i think.
Also never thought i would ever be counting calories - my this makes it so easy and because it shows the resturants - me thinking eating a salom and salad was healtht - 1070 calories verus the steak and lobster less then 500.
