I’ve been eating more and less while staying within 2000 calories per day and Now, My weight loss journey is stuck.

I guess, 30kgs were enough to be lost by just diet. I should start working out, now.

Any suggestions apart from the usual?

drop 200-300 calories and do 10000steps daily walking 👍🏽

u must start workout to increase your phisical activity & with training you mussele maas maintene and also your metabolism boost.thats help u more fat loos.now u should focus on fat loss not only weight loss.👍👍🙏🙏

Include intermittent fasting of 16 hours to your life for weight loss, example if you eat your last meal/dinner at 9pm than you should eat at 1pm next day in afternoon directly, if you do this you will indirectly skip your breakfast and it will help in calories deficits in total

@M.Upadhyay : losing 3-4 kgs a week is not healthy at all 😂 its too rapid.

@rishabhrawat526 I consume 1500-1700 calories per day, going below it would leave me starving.

@1ritz23 Thank you! but My weight gain was due to excessive consumption of Junk on top of Regular/ Healthy food so, as soon as I excluded junk from my diet, I had a rapid weight loss. I incorporated healthy food within my calories limit and there I go!

2000 is normal intake , you need to eat less than 1400 to lose weight. And keep your carbohydrate below 100 you to loose without workout 👍

@Baggie59 I consume 1500-1700 calories per day and consumption of calories less than that would leave me starving so, I might just start working out while staying within my usual calories intake but Thank you!
