I've entered a whole kg this time instead of half a kg like usual because for a while now I could see myself closing in to almost a kg lost instead of the usual half. I stopped edging closer and finally got to overall a kg lost so here we are :)
I went to the gym yesterday, I hadn't been there for a while but I'm going to try to go there often now. I spent about an hour overall on the treadmill and it said I apparently lost about 300 calories so I'm happy about that :)) Recently one of my old friends messaged me telling me they went to the same gym I did and they said they went 5-6 times a week!! I was going once a week before but hearing this makes me want to try to go to the gym 2-3 times a week now hahaha
I've also changed my end goal from 70kg to 68kg, I'm getting pretty close to my goal but right now I feel like I'm in a good zone so I'd like to lose a bit more. If I keep getting closer there's a chance I'll probably extend my end goal again. I actually feel like maybe I should've started like this, having smaller goals so that losing weight didn't feel like as daunting of a task. If anyone is just starting their weight journey then maybe this could help you :)
