hope you well. I'm so inspired by your progress.
The type of food you eat is food that I love but cant have on my diet. Please can you give me guidance on what you doing, like are you on a strict calorie count and dont restrict yourself on what you eat just as long as it's within your calories for the day, or do you like follow a diet. please help me I'm so lost. like I'm following a diet that a dietitian gave me but I cant have any roti bread rice potatoes and that is all the things I love. sorry for the long msg mwah

Hi Nass. Thank you so much for your kind words, definitely hasn't been an easy process. All that I do is calorie count. What this means, is that I don't restrict any food options, I eat whatever I want to eat and I just make sure that it does not exceed my calorie limit. Sometimes I may go over or under, but I aim to make up for it during the week, so that I have an overall average that fits within my calorie goal.
