well when i say reasonably well i suppose it depends on your interpretation of reasonably :0) Generally i'm doing ok. i have been trying out another calorie tracker but dont think i like it as much as the one here on FS Will start here again i think this week as i would much rather have all my things in one place it makes this journey easier.

Looking out my office window this morning the sun is shining the sky is blue and if i ignore the constant pop up of email notifications i would say life is real good right now.
