Not a great loss this week, but not a gain either so I'm happy with that. I knew it wouldn't be the best week as I've been eating a few things that weren't great choices. Still struggling with getting calories down - like if I eat an avocado and greek yoghurt in the same day plus a handful of unsalted nuts, I am stacking up the calories for when meal time comes around. I think some calorie sources are better than others though.
