Ok still not really following it, but have been doing quite a lot of exercise and trying not too eat too badly. Feeling quite stressed at the moment, so you know that comfort eating is always on the cards. Will try harder this week and drinking more water etc. No treats this weekend, besides dinner on friday night... but will try and be good! x
