so its been awhile since ive been on this site. i got a new job which doesnt allow me internet access so its harder to get on here. i am holding onto the diet pretty well and the pounds are still falling off. thank god. i have the wedding this saturday and i am excited to say that i actually look great in the dress. everyone i know can see the difference in my and my body. i just know that i still have a ways to go and i know that i can do this! i am almost there!!!!

ducky, Just wanted to say way to go on the weight loss and to say hang in there.If you feel like you're in trouble just take a look at youR weight history chart...that's a sign of hard work and dedication...YOU CAN DO IT!!!
