Hello Emilylouisee, Cannot help but notice your weight is up a bit. We'll here are some tips that might help you. I have been battling my weight for 52 years. My mother was a dietitian. She said try grapefruit before all meals as the acid burns the fat. Dont weigh more than once a week, never wet as water weigh heavy. Eat before a food shop. Do not eat late at night or in between meals. Keep your mind on new hobbies if you haven't got one try theses gym, swim walk. Play tennis or any sport. If you are not sporty then knit or read or take up painting or games with family or friends. Learn something new. Never be alone, we are all here for you. We will help and support you.
