This week wasn't very good for me, I had 2 cheat days this week and didn't sleep well. Plus I've changed my macros. Well, one thing is for sure: cheat days (I mean carbs/sugars) and alcohol (I had 2 glasses of wine) are throwing you back in your weight loss journey + causing water retention. From the other side I've trained 3 times so far this week and rode bicycle. The weight is the same, but Body Fat more than a week ago. Keeping focus for a week ahead and following my keto <3
