No loss in weight as of today. Definitely notice clothes are looser and I notice more muscle definition. It's likely that I will gain muscle and stay at my current weight for quite a while since my protein intake is quite a bit more than before I started. Feeling good and sleeping better. Starting a 30 day 30 burpee challenge today.
