I seem to be bouncing between 167 and 165. Is this a plateau? I have just started a new workout routine...so do I stick with it for the next month or so and see if there are any changes? Or do I throw in the towel?
I'm not sure about my RDI. I don't know if I should be eating more or less than 1800 cals/days. I mean, I had a small loss this week, but is that going to keep going? Do I stick with 1800?
Lots of questions...and I'm not sure where to go from here. All I know, is that I have to keep trying. My goal seems so frustratingly close!!!
