What is dyno pls? Can figure the rest. Nice to have comparison figures even though/because we humans are so different. 

Hey, so a dyno is the result of a handgrip dynamometer test, I use this as a metric to determine recovery in general, in simple terms the higher the number is to baseline the better the recovery, the lower the number the more I need to back off to recover
