So I have lost a pound, it is because my parents came home from Spain and brought chocolate and other delicious sweets. I have been trying to be good and stay on the diet, but I occasionally slip. Once the chocolate and other goodies are gone from the house everything will be better. On the bight side I haven't gained any weight.
