It could be that you've gained muscle mass. Don't get discouraged if you don't see much of a change on the scale🌸. I'm pretty sure that the gymming makes you feel much healthier physically and mentally. Focus more on doing it for your health rather than a scale reading. Your body needs time to adjust into your new routines. Just be patient, hard work pays off and your body will reward you🎀.
